Following your successful application for the above property we are pleased
to offer you the said property for sale subject to contract on the following
terms and conditions;

days from the date of this letter.
The Purchaser may pay the full purchase price aforesaid whereupon the Vendor
shall give the Purchaser immediate vacant possession of the property hereby
contracted to be sold.
The Parties hereto acknowledge that the Vendors are currently engaged in the
process of obtaining in their name the Certificate of Title in respect of
the property hereby contracted to be sold from the Commissioner of Lands.
The Parties acknowledge that this is merely a letter of intention to enter
into a Contract of Sale and accordingly until the full purchase price is
paid the Vendor shall be at liberty to withdraw this offer without assigning
any reasons therefore and without any notice. In any event if the full
purchase price will not have been received within the stipulated
days
this offer will forthwith be rescinded.
Once the full purchase price has been paid in accordance with the provisions
of this letter of offer the parties shall enter into a formal detailed
Contract of Sale a specimen of which is attached hereto for your
information. Kindly be advised that the terms and conditions contained in
the specimen aforesaid are not negotiable.
If this offer is withdrawn due to the default or breach of any condition
contained herein by the offeree all monies paid by the offeree shall be
refunded less the equivalent of 10% of the purchase price to cover
administrative expenses.
If you accept the above mentioned terms and conditions please sign and
return the enclosed copy of this letter within 7 days hereof or this offer
will stand withdrawn.
