"Ndeke Village" is located about 1Km off the Airport Road, at the last curve as you approach the Lusaka International Airport. Promoters have constructed an access road from the Airport to Ndeke Village.

Scope
The area will have low to medium cost houses similar to Woodlands Extension, Chelstone, Kabwata, Chilenje and Emmasdale. Buyers of the plots will have to build quality standard two,three or four bed roomed houses. These houses will have minimum construction requirements to ensure that  high standards are maintained at all times. House floor size allowed range from 70m2 - 200m2 depending on plot size.

Eligibility
Prospective buyers should complete and submit application forms. The promoters will evaluate the application forms and issue offer letters to all successful applicants. The successful applicants can then pay for the plot(s) as per terms of the offer letters.
